Melcal Marine is a highly qualified engineering company. Our in-house technical department has years of proven experience in projecting deck and offshore lifting solutions. These years of accumulated know how are the reason why we can offer tailor made products. Our engineers have diversified backgrounds, coming from different international experiences.
At the preliminary stages of any project our technical department, will work closely with you in finding the best solution, always with rules & regulations, reliability, efficiency and safety on mind.
Our products are designed and manufactured using state-of-the-art technical tools, 3D modeling, design & analysis programs available, such as AutoCAD, Finite Element programs and simulation software.
All products comply and can be certified by all major classification societies (RINA, LRS, ABS, DNV, BV, GL, RS, IRS, CCS, CRS , KR, PRS and other upon request), for top quality project management.
Our cranes are built to accept the loading and the corrosive atmosphere present in the marine environment. All mechanical, hydraulic and electrical components used are selected on the basis of their use and the requirements of the strength and safety.
All cranes are designed on a modular approach, using the same basic machinery but with different disposition of components this permits quick responses to our clients needs and future changes, studied to maintain low and easy maintenance costs.
